Meadowview is a farmhouse style, single family residence built on a hillside meadow. The detached garage sits adjacent to the house, framing a private backyard, with a second story space designed to accommodate an accessory dwelling unit for future use. The home and garage are sited to frame the view of the meadow, while the gabled ends of the buildings are aligned to capture the view of Mt. Mansfield. The wood clad home has three bedrooms, large windows, custom cabinetry, solar panels, and energy efficient insulation.
